- No Call / No Shows will be charged 100% of starting appointment cost. - Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of appointment cost - I require a card on file to ensure my policies are upheld - No refunds, adjustments offered * I can be flexible!
